Just bought my second bike through these guys. Easy to deal with for sales and servicing. Just seems to be a better attitude compared to others I've dealt with over the years so made my choice to go back to them easy.

I had the best experience dealing with Stewart, thanks to his professionalism, experience and knowledge of BMW MOTORCYCLES.The process and pick up experience has been amazing and unforgettable thanks to him.Also, I would like to thank Jonas that together with Stewart they looked after me during the whole process of the purchase of my new motorbike. And they still do now, as I am after parts and the right equipment to match the bike.

***Edit: Had a good experience in my last visit, happy to up the rating accordingly, yes I visited again, because I was keen on one of their bikes.*** Never particularly happy with the sales people here though. They never seem at all keen to sell you anything. Twice I've walked out with the sense that they have looked at you and deemed your not worth their effort. Last trip in I could have been convinced to buy a bike, was ready to pull be the trigger but left as they just didn't even try. Can't fault the service dept though.

If you are thinking about a new or used motorcycle, do not hesitate to come in to Auto Classic. These guys are genuine, friendly and really want to make sure you have a good experience when exploring options for your bike. I recently visited this dealership whilst on a round Australia trip to get my bike serviced on time with new tyres and some other equipment so I could continue. Joel Mcredmond was amongst the most professional and helpful service managers I have come across kept me fully informed with no surprises. The dealership did the work as expected and well on time with a friendly no problem attitude during ver dismal weather.

Alan was great and helpful, all staff very friendly, the bike is perfect for daily needs! Joel in service, lightening fast in getting back to me on a technical query!
